Motorists Advised of Disruption on Ness Walk, Inverness

Restrictions on traffic movement at Ness Walk, Inverness, are being introduced for eight weeks from Sunday 18 May to accommodate the installation of new water and gas mains.

As roads authority, The Highland Council is giving notice that temporary one-way traffic restrictions will be imposed on the U4624 Ness Walk-Ardross Terrace-Ardross Street route - with traffic restricted to one-way movement in a southerly direction ie from the Ness Bridge at Young Street to its junction with Bishops Road.

A further effect of the order is to temporarily suspend the ‘Pay and Display’ on street parking places on Ness Walk so that vehicles are temporarily prohibited from using those on street parking places normally designated for ‘Pay and Display’ use.
