Open Day in Dingwall

The Highland Council’s Community Learning and Leisure team are holding a special open day in Dingwall next week for people to find out more about the services on offer.

The event, which takes place in Dingwall Leisure Centre on Tuesday 11 November, starts at 1’o clock and carries on until 8.30pm.

A variety of displays and stalls will be set up with specialist staff on hand offering advice on a wide range of topics including adult education, Highland archives, the Council’s Library Service, Healthways, Youth Services, Ross County Football Club and Outdoor Education as well as information about all the Councl run leisure and community facilities.

Complimentary refreshments will be served and anyone coming along and joining the Council’s High Life scheme on the day will get their first month’s fee free.  There will also be other special offers throughout the day including the chance to win a top prize in the Grand Prize Draw and a free children’s story-time session from 3.50pm to 5.20pm.
