Clean up continues at Lower Foyers
The Highland Council assisted Scottish and Southern Energy with the clean up of damage caused at Lower Foyers, Loch Ness-side, on Sunday 13 December when a pipe transferring water to Foyers power station burst.
The damage to the road embankment forced the closure of the access road from the B 852 to Lower Foyers. Temporary access is available from the B852 to Lower Foyers via a private road serving Foyers Power Station.
The diversion will remain in place until the clean up and repair to the road embankment is completed.
