Millburn Academy – new car park and pedestrian arrangements

The Highland Council is highlighting to pupils, parents, community users and visitors to Millburn Academy, Inverness that new car park and pedestrian arrangements will come into place next week.

From Monday (22nd June) there will be no vehicular access from Victoria Drive and all vehicles will access and exit only via Diriebught Road.

A 10mph speed limit will be in force throughout the new school car park and drop-off zones. The new car park will be open from 8am.

Pedestrian access on Victoria Drive next to the Youth Hostel will remain along with pedestrian access on Diriebught Road.

Ongoing works due to the completed by the start of new session include the synthetic pitch at the rear of the school, grass pitches and outbuildings at the front. The grass playing fields will be available for use on 31 October.
