Temporary traffic restriction on Crown Road, Inverness

In order to allow inspection work to be carried out to a retaining wall Crown Road in Inverness will be closed to westbound (downhill) traffic from 9.30am to 4.30pm on both Monday 19 and Tuesday 20 October.

The closure area will be from the Crown Road junction with Academy Street to its roundabout with Crown Drive.  Eastbound (uphill) traffic will be able to run as normal at all times.

An alternative route for westbound vehicles will be available using Crown Drive, Victoria Drive, Millburn Road and Crown Road (eastbound). 

Pedestrian access will not be affected by this temporary closure.
