Dingwall and Seaforth forum to focus on regeneration
The next meeting of The Highland Council’s Dingwall and Seaforth Ward Forum will be held on Wednesday (28 October) when the focus will be on regeneration. Representatives from Highland and Islands Enterprise, Business Gateway and Highlands and Islands Social Enterprise Zone (HISEZ) will be present to stimulate discussion on ‘what we can do better’. Dingwall Business Association will also be in attendance.
Councillor Peter Cairns, who is chairing the forum said: ‘Across the ward, there is a real need to look at ensuring all of our local communities continue to grow and prosper. Encouraging development of existing businesses, attracting new business and looking at supporting social enterprise is on the agenda and we hope that we can look at further initiatives coming out of the Forum.”
The meeting will take place in the Council Chamber in Dingwall from 7.00 pm – 9.00 pm. The meeting is open to the public and all are welcome to attend.
