Temporary restrictions on the Craggie to Budgate Road

The Highland council has arranged for a temporary traffic restriction to be introduced on the C1052 Craggie to Daviot Station – Dalroy – Glacantray – Budgarte Road which will start at 8.00am on Monday 6 December.

The restriction will be on the C1052 between its junction with the U1173 Cantray Bridge – Rosevalley – Galcantray – Rierach – Little Urchany Road and its junction with the U1233 Clava Lodge – Dalcroy, Culloden Moor Road.

The restriction to all road traffic, including pedestrians, is required to allow programmed works to take place on the road at Balfreish.  This work is expected to be completed by 5.00pm on Friday 10 December.

Alternative routes for road users will be available using part of the C1052 Craggie – Budgate Road, the U1173 Cantray Bridge – Little Urchany Road, the B9006 Millburn Roundabout – Culloden – Croy – Fort George Road, B851 Errogie – Culloden Moor Road, C1088 Culloden – Clava Bridge and the U1233 Clava Lodge – Dalcroy, Culloden Moor.

Access for emergency vehicles and for individual properties will be maintained at all times.
