New Acting Head Teacher for Lochaber High School

Mr Jim Sutherland, Head Teacher at Kinlochleven High School, has been appointed as the acting Head Teacher of Lochaber High School.

He will take up his position on Tuesday 2 May.

He moves to Lochaber High School as the result of the absence, due to ill health, of the Head Teacher of Lochaber High School, Mr Donnie Campbell.

From Shetland, Mr Sutherland taught at Lerwick, Berwick and Thurso High before moving to Kinlochleven five years ago.

Arrangements are currently being made to appoint an Acting Head Teacher of Kinlochleven High School.
