Launch of Baron Taylor’s, Drummond and Lombard Streets Project
Inverness Business Improvement District (BID) and The Highland Council today announced that a joint project is underway in Baron Taylor’s, Drummond and Lombard Streets to improve the amenities in the area. As part of a joint project with local businesses work has now started on creating a cleaner and more attractive environment for the local businesses and the public.
The work being undertaken includes weeding of foliage at the upper building levels, deep cleaning of streets, installation of new gating on “sensitive” alleys, taking further waste bins of the streets, painting of business frontages amongst other actions.
