End of an era at Highland Football Academy
Rod Houston, the official responsible for managing and developing the Highland Football Academy at Dingwall over the past six years, stepped down yesterday (Thursday 28 April) on his retrial.

His experience, wit and “can do” attitude will be sadly missed across the Highlands as well as on the Western Isles and Orkney where he played an important role in the development of the game."
Angus Dick, chair of the HFA Board, "The Board would like to wish Rod all the best as he heads off for a well earned retirement. His contribution to the facility and the regional football partnership has been immense."

His influence in developing the youth action plan for football has been vital and we all wish him well in his retirement. He will be missed by all.”
