Dingwall Ward Forum

The Dingwall and Seaforth Ward Forum takes place next Wednesday (8 June) and will begin with Scotland Transerv Customer Service Manager, Cathel MacAskill giving a local briefing on the proposed emergency works on the Kessock Bridge and answering questions.

The works will start on Sunday 19th June 2011, for 8 days utilising a 24 hour contra flow working with a 30mph speed restriction.   At peak times significant traffic delays are anticipated.

Following the briefing and the answering of any questions raised, the Forum, which will be held in St Clements Church Hall at 7.00pm, will focus on Dingwall’s Norse Heritage and the benefits of involvement in a European Northern Periphery Partnership Project, the ‘Thing Project’.
