Move of Registration Services in Dingwall

The public is advised that The Highland Council is moving its Registration Service in Ferry Road, Dingwall,  to its Service Point in Ross House, High Street. 

To allow the Council to transfer its operation, the Registration Office will be closed on Friday (4 November) and customers requiring a Registration Service on this day should call 01349-886606. 

The Registration Service will open for business in the Service Point on Monday 7 November. Opening hours are Monday – Friday 9.30am – 12.30pm  and 1.30pm  - 4.30pm. 

By combining registration and Service Point in the one location this will provide a better and more coordinated service for customers. 

Recently, the Council was awarded the Customer Service Excellence standard in recognition the service it provides via face to face contact with the public at its network of 35 Service Points, via telephone its Service Centre in Alness and via the Registration Service.
