Highland winner of Tenant of the Year

Congratulations to Jennifer McLeod who last weekend won the coveted Vincent Heneghan Award for National Tenant of the Year 2011. Jennifer was presented with her award at The TPAS national conference just last weekend. We are thrilled that Jennifer’s contribution has been recognised at a national level. 

Jennifer is currently Chair of West Alness Residents Association, Chair of Firhill Residents Association and Chair of Regional Networks (Highland, Argyll & Bute). In addition to these roles Jennifer heads up the committee which runs the very busy West End Community Centre in Alness, sits on the Alness and District Community Council and the Alness Community Partnership committee and she is Vice Chair of the Alness Transition Town Group. Her average working week is around 70 hours – not bad for a retired person!
