New Parent And Child Swim Coaching Sessions

Invergordon Leisure Centre is piloting a new scheme of swimming sessions for parents and children in partnership with Healthways.

These new fun sessions are aimed at parents who do not feel comfortable taking their children swimming or feel that their children could do with a little more practise between lessons or they just want to come along and exercise together.

Qualified swim teachers will be present on poolside to assist parents with swimming techniques, answer any questions, and provide feedback and support for the parents in a friendly relaxed environment. 

The sessions will start on Sunday 12 February and run each week from 12.00 -1.00pm up until Sunday 2 April.

The cost of the sessions will be included within the High Life Membership. For non members it will be 50p per participant. There is no need to book, just turn up on the day. The current child to adult ratio will still apply during these sessions.
