Temporary traffic restrictions at Boleskine Bridge, Inverness-shire

From next Monday (12 March) temporary traffic restrictions will be introduced on the B852 Dalcrag Bridge – Foyers – Inverfarigaig – Dores Road at Boleskine House Bridge to allow for repairs to be made to the bridge structure.

The works are expected to take until the end of March to complete and during this period the road will be closed to all vehicles.  Drivers are being advised to use an alternative route via part of the B852 and the B862 Fort Augustus – Whitebridge – Torness – Doress – Inverness Road. Diversion signs will be erected.  Normal access for pedestrians and cyclists will be maintained at all times.
