Head of Legal and Democratic Services

The Highland Council has appointed a new Head of Legal and Democratic Services.

He is Stewart Fraser, who steps up from his position as Joint Acting Head of Legal Services.

Stewart joined the Council’s legal team in 1994.    He previously worked at Borders Regional Council.

From Bishopbriggs, Glasgow, he is married with two children.
