Inverarnie junction resurfacing work

The Highland Council will be carrying out essential carriageway resurfacing works at the B851/B861 Inverarnie junction on Monday 14th and Tuesday 15th May 2012 so drivers are warned that delays are expected.

The works extend from the Invernarnie village entrance signing on the north-eastern approach to Cathy’s View on the B851 to the Football/Shinty pitch access on the B861.  Preparatory works and initial resurfacing will start at 8am on Monday with traffic control measures in place.

The surfacing and traffic management contractors will assist in trying to minimise potential delays but road users may wish to use alternatives routes.  Local access will be maintained throughout the works.
