Tackling Sectarianism – Small Grant Programme now open

The Voluntary Action Fund (VAF) is now accepting applications for its Tackling Sectarianism Small Grant Programme.
 
The grant is aimed at small community based organisations and faith-based groups with an income of less than £100,000 per year.  Groups can apply for grants of up to £5,000 for projects that will increase understanding of how sectarianism impacts on the lives of people in their community and make a positive impact on tackling the sectarianism experienced.

The Scottish Government is interested in gathering evidence from the funded projects that will help to build its understanding of:

The project must also encourage volunteers and support the development of volunteering activities.
