Corran Ferry Fares Review – response to consultation

The Highland Council has received an excellent response to the ferry fares consultation held between 3 June and 19 July with over 80 submissions being received either by e-mail or letter. 

A summary outline of each of these responses may be viewed on The Highland Council’s web site at http://www.highland.gov.uk/corran-fares.htm.

As a result of this extensive response, the Council is sifting  through each of the submissions, many of which are very detailed, with a view to coming to a preferred fare structure which it is planned will be submitted to the Transport Environmental and Community Services Committee  on Thursday 19 September for consideration.
