Head teacher for St Clement’s School, Dingwall

The Highland Council has appointed a new Head Teacher for St Clements School, Dingwall. 

She is Toni McCartney, who is currently the Principal Teacher of Additional Support Needs, Annan Academy.  Ms McCartney has experience in Support for Learning and supporting social, emotional and behavioural needs in previous posts.   

She will replace Ms Maureen Mackenzie who retired at the October holiday. 

The school has 37 pupils from pre-school to 19 complex needs, many of whom have a health dimension to their needs.
