Update 4: Notification of disruption to roads in Highlands and Islands during severe weather

Police and partners wish to provide a further update in relation to disruption on the region's roads in the current spate of adverse weather.
 
The A836 Bonar to Lairg road, A82 at South Laggan and A86 Newtonmore to Laggan road have all been reopened.
 
Both the Kessock Bridge and Skye Bridge are closed to high sided vehicles and the Dornoch Bridge has fully reopened.
 
The A830 Mallaig road, A887 four miles south of Invermorriston, A87 at the Kyleachin Straights and Grant Street in Inverness are all still closed due to fallen trees and debris. The A861 approximately half a mile south of Acharacle, towards Salen, also remains affected. The low road in Gairloch is affected by flooding but Scottish Fire and Rescue Service have been attendance to deal with this.
 
In addition, the Tongue Causeway on A838 has closed due to debris on the road.
