Caithness Heat and Power follow up statutory report

The Council has received a copy of the Follow Up statutory report on Caithness Heat and Power prepared by Audit Scotland.  This Follow Up statutory report is being considered by the Accounts Commission at its meeting on 12th December 2013 and a copy of the report is here (pdf). 

Following the Accounts Commission meeting on Thursday 12 December, the Commission may issue findings to the Council which will then have an opportunity to respond to these in the New Year.
