Inverness West District Partnership meeting

The agenda of the next Inverness West District Partnership meeting on 20 December will focus on the integration of community health services, hospital discharge planning and Family Nurse Partnerships.

The meeting will be in the Phipps Hall, Beauly on Friday 20 December from 10am to 1pm. Members of the public are welcome to attend to observe the meeting and hear about progress with local services.

The Inverness West District Partnership geographically encompasses the urban parts of Inverness west of the River Ness and the rural areas extending to Beauly, Kiltarlity, Cannich, Glen Urquhart, Drumnadrochit, Invermoriston, and Glen Moriston.

This meeting starts at 10am in the Phipps Hall, Beauly to which the public is welcome to attend to observe the proceedings and listen to the discussions.

Highland Councillor Margaret Davidson who chairs the partnership said: “We are determined, as a partnership, to make the most of the opportunity to join up various strands of public services so that local people get the very best care where they need it and when they need it. December’s meeting is the start of us focusing on the big challenge of reducing inequalities across this district.”

The Inverness West District Partnership meets in venues around the district to make it more accessible for members of the public who have an interest in education, health and social care services.
