New vice-chair of Adult and Children’s Services Committee

The Highland Council has elected a new vice-chairman of its Adult and Children’s Services Committee.

He is Councillor Graham MacKenzie, Dingwall and Seaforth, who replaces Councillor Liz MacDonald, Nairn, who is standing down.

Councillor MacKenzie is a former head teacher of Alness Academy and Dingwall Academy.
