Overnight closure of A82, Tomnahurich Swing Bridge, Inverness

The A 82 at the Tomnahurich Swing Bridge, Inverness, will be closed tonight between midnight and 6 am to accommodate the final stage of planned work.

The abutments of the bridge were recently repaired over six consecutive nights and the final stage is the resurfacing of the road approaches on either side of the bridge.

Traffic will be diverted via Muirtown Swing Bridge on the A862.
