Ardersier and Petty Community Council election

The Highland Council has issued 1,367 ballot papers for the forthcoming election for Ardersier and Petty Community Council.

Ballot papers must be returned by 4 pm on Thursday, 31 October in the pre-paid envelope provided and the count will be held on Friday, 1 November 2013 in the Town House at 9.30 am. 

There are 9 candidates vying for 8 available places on the Community Council. The candidates are Margaret Cochrane; Jessie Duncanson; Donnie MacLeod; Tony Miklinski; Adele Mitchell; Kevin Reid; Trish Robertson; John Ross and Shane Spence.

Candidates were permitted to submit a statement with their nomination paper and a copy of any statements received were issued with the ballot papers.  Statements can be viewed here.
