Tomnahurich Swing Bridge - Abutment Repairs

Essential repairs are required to the abutments of Tomnahurich Swing Bridge on the A82 in Inverness between the 2nd and 14th October.

Works are planned to take place through the night in order to minimise disruption to road users and will take place between midnight and 6am.

The A82 trunk road will therefore be closed at Tomnahurich Swing Bridge, with signed diversion routes via Muirtown Swing Bridge on the A862.

The work is planned for 13 consecutive nights as follows: 00:00 - 06.00 2nd October 2013 to 00:00 - 06.00 14th October 2013
