Badenoch, Strathspey, Ardersier and Nairn District Partnership
The next meeting of Badenoch, Strathspey, Ardersier and Nairn District Partnership will take place at 2pm on Wednesday 11 June at the Nairn Court House.
New District Partnership Chair, Gillian McCreath, NHS Highland Board Member, will chair the meeting.
Items on the agenda include an update on Integrated Teams from Margaret Walker District Manager for Ardersier, Nairn, Badenoch & Strathspey and Family Nurse Partnerships from Margaret Kinsella, Care and Learning District Manager.
There will also be an update on the Badenoch and Strathspey Healthcare Redesign public consultation process which has now passed the half-way point. NHS Highland will be repeating their message to encourage people to make their views known by taking part in the consultation.
As always, there will be an opportunity for members of the public to raise issues and ask questions.
The District Partnerships bring together The Highland Council, Police Scotland, Scottish Fire and Rescue, NHS Highland and the Highland Third Sector Partnership to consider issues relating to the delivery of health, social care and community safety.
The Partnership's role is to consider issues of service delivery and make sure these are addressed, identify local priorities in the delivery of services for children and adults, comment on monitoring reports of children and adult services, consider the development and implementation of strategic initiatives, propose new developments and initiatives and provide views on the re-design of local services.
