Ross councillor elected Vice-Chairman of Highland Licensing Committee

He replaces Councillor Drew Millar, Eilean a Cheo, who has also resigned as Vice-Chairman of the Highland Licensing Board.

The Board will elected its Vice-Chairman at its next meeting.
