Spectators say - “Better late than never”
An estimated 10,000 spectators arrived at Ness Islands on Friday and Saturday (28-29 November) to enjoy the Highland Council’s flood delayed Halloween Show on Ness Islands.
The spectacular Inverness Common Good Fund sponsored show featured an assortment of Scottish Ghosts brought to life by Eden Court CREATIVE featured over 100 performers from around the Highlands; together with numerous illuminations and projections supplied by Arts in Motion, Limelights and The Highland Council’s Lighting Department.
In a complete contrast to the Halloween Weekend the show was staged in perfect weather conditions and the smiles on the faces of the hundreds of youngsters as they made their way around the site confirmed that this was one event that they were happy to wait to enjoy.
