Community Ownership Programme for Housing Transfer

In the recent ballot, a majority of The Highland Council tenants who took part voted “no” to the proposed transfer of council houses to Highland Housing Association.  This means the Council will remain responsible for the ownership and management of housing and the proposed transfer will not go ahead.
