Temporary Closure To Section Along Dores Road, Inverness

In the interest of public safety during arboriculture works, a section of Dores Road will be temporarily closed to traffic from 9.30am to 4.30pm on Monday 23 October until Saturday 28 October.

The section affected begins at the entrance to a house named “Boyndie” and extends in a south westerly direction to the junction with Rossie Lodge access road.  An alternative route for vehicles will be available using Island Bank Road, Drummond Crescent, Stratherrick Road, Holm Road and part of Dores Road.

The temporary closure will affect vehicles only so normal pedestrian access will be maintained and access for emergency vehicles will be controlled by the contractor.
