Wick to host Caithness District Partnership next week
On Friday, 24th June the Caithness District Partnership will meet in Wick and issues to be discussed will include updates on Child Care Mapping by the Children’s Services Manager and on the Self-Managed Development Fund approvals. A presentation will be made by Poppy Scotland on their Welfare Services and there will be an opportunity to hear from Michelle Johnstone the recently appointed NHS Highland Area Manager for Caithness and Sutherland.
Councillor Willie Mackay, who will Chair the meeting, said: “We have an excellent agenda for the 24th of June on a variety of local topics which again highlights the important roll the District Partnership is playing in the county. I look forward to a constructive meeting with some positive outcomes and encourage members of the public to attend and where possible time will be allowed for questions relevant to the agenda items.”
This meeting, in the Chamber of the Town Hall, Bridge Street, Wick, will start at 10.00 am until 12.00 noon.
Members of the public are more than welcome to attend the meeting and will have an opportunity to ask questions, comment on any matter raised as part of the discussions or put forward their views and suggestions.
