New head teachers for Inverness schools
Highland Council has announced the appointment of two new head teachers in schools in Inverness.
Fiona Kelly has been appointed to the post of head teacher at Kinmylies Primary School. Fiona is currently teaching as depute head teacher at Inshes Primary School. Fiona will take up her new post on 28 November.
Fiona said: “Having previously worked at Kinmylies Primary as depute head teacher, I am looking forward to going back!”
Ailsa Fraser has been appointed to the post of head teacher at Central Primary School.
Ailsa is currently head teacher at Farr Primary School near Inverness. Ailsa will take up her new post in January 2017.
Ailsa added: “I am delighted to be returning to Central Primary in January as their new head teacher.”
