How can you maintain good health and wellbeing?
The Council have developed the Mental Health & Wellbeing Toolkit which contains a wide range of valuable advice, guidance and resources.
Wellbeing resources have been made available via the COVID-19 pages. These pages are updated regularly.
Content currently includes:

- Employee Assistance Programme (this includes members)
- List of Mental health representatives
- Wellbeing matters
- Breath awareness audio
- Guided full body relaxation audio
- Love and kindness meditation audio
The council's role
The council’s role in supporting staff and promoting wellbeing include the development of the Wellbeing Strategy.
