Temporary Closure of the Ness Islands Bridge at Bught Park for path upgrade works Monday 24 June to Wednesday 26 June 2024
High Route closed between Fort Augustus & Invermoriston until mid July 2024

The high route between Fort Augustus and Invermoriston will be closed until July 2024 to allow for the safe extraction of timber. Users are asked to follow the low route instead during this time.
Optional alternate route through Invergarry

Please be aware of an optional, alternate route that GGW users can use to travel through Invergarry. This route is slightly shorter and bypasses some of the road walking taken by the regular route.
