Overview

Messrs J.M Sutherland of Sibmister Farm in Caithness were awarded LEADER funding to help diversify their farming business into tourism.  The project identified a gap in the local tourism accommodation market and plans to build a collective of luxury holiday accommodation pods to provide a second stream of income, which it is hoped will sustain the farm and its present employees in the coming years.
