• You will need access to a council laptop and already be registered to use Direct Access (if you are not registered please contact the Highland Council Service Desk)

• Make sure you have followed the "How to access SEEMiS from Home user guide" on Glow

If you have been prompted for Microsoft Office 365 details please remember that your username is your Glow email address Joe.Bloggs@Glowmail.org.uk or Joe.Bloggs @Highlandschoosl.org.uk
